After over 20 years of battling depression, addictions, anxiety, and ADHD due to deep rooted trauma, plant medicine saved my life. I had sought out the western ways of treatment with no success, but found my healing through both Kambo and Ayahuasca. Plant medicine assisted in catalyzing my consciousness so I could change my thought patterns, feel the emotions I had suppressed, and face my pain. By doing the inner work, I was able to peel back the layers of trauma recognizing the areas I needed to focus on for my healing. I participated in numerous plant medicine ceremonies and received guidance from an integration coach. I also began a yoga practice which taught me that I needed to take responsibility for the choices I made. I chose the path of healing, and I have found my way back to my true self. I am now able to show myself love, and live with my heart wide open with love an understanding for others. I am able to be fully show up as a father to my young daughter and teenage son who is low functioning autistic.

With years of experience supporting individuals through strength training, metabolic health, recovery, and nervous system regulation, Sarah brings a grounded, integrative approach to Kambo facilitation. Her background in fitness and functional wellness allows her to hold a safe, structured, and well-informed space—supporting clients before, during, and after ceremony with clarity, presence, and care.
Sarah works in conscious relationship with this sacred medicine, honoring both its traditional roots and its role as a catalyst for personal responsibility, insight, and transformation. Each session is approached with intention, preparation, and integration, ensuring the medicine is met with respect rather than expectation.
Her role is not to “heal” for you, but to help you determine whether Kambo aligns with your healing path at this time, and to support you in meeting the process with honesty, readiness, and self-awareness.
